All donations made to Lexi’s Legacy Fund, Inc. are considered voluntary charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable.
As a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donated funds may be immediately allocated toward:

- Administrative expenses
- Future organizational planning
Because donations directly support the organization’s mission, refunds are typically not issued.

Online donations and payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Lexi’s Legacy Fund does not directly store complete credit card information on our servers.
Refund approvals, when applicable, will generally be issued back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

If recurring donations are offered through the website, donors may cancel future recurring payments at any time through:

Cancellation of recurring donations will stop future charges but will not automatically refund previously processed donations.
